Organizer Agreement & Platform Policies

E-vents is a technology platform that enables organizers to create, promote, manage, stream, and monetize events through ticketing, live streaming, replay, merchandise, donations, and other event services.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, E-vents is not the organizer, promoter, sponsor, or owner of any event listed on the platform. Every event is created and managed by an independent organizer who is solely responsible for its content, operation, and delivery.

By creating, publishing, managing, promoting, or streaming an event through E-vents, you agree to comply with this Organizer Agreement & Platform Policies.

1Organizer Eligibility

To organize events on E-vents you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old or legally authorized to act on behalf of an organization.
  • Provide accurate registration information.
  • Maintain a valid email address and telephone number.
  • Keep your organizer profile accurate and up to date.
  • Be legally permitted to organize the event in your jurisdiction.

If you represent an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to act on its behalf.

2Organizer Responsibilities

As an organizer you agree to:

  • Publish accurate and truthful event information.
  • Ensure event dates, venues, schedules and pricing are correct.
  • Obtain all permits, licenses and approvals required by law.
  • Communicate important changes to attendees promptly.
  • Deliver the event substantially as advertised.
  • Respect attendees and use attendee information only for legitimate event purposes.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

You are solely responsible for every event you publish.

3Event Content Guidelines

The following content is prohibited on E-vents:

  • Illegal activities
  • Fraudulent or deceptive events
  • Hate speech or discrimination
  • Terrorism or violent extremism
  • Human trafficking
  • Child exploitation
  • Illegal drugs
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Copyright infringement
  • Pyramid or Ponzi schemes
  • Unlicensed gambling
  • Adult content prohibited by applicable law
  • Any activity that violates local or international law

E-vents reserves the right to remove any event or suspend any organizer that violates these guidelines.

4Event Information

Organizers are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of:

  • Event title
  • Description
  • Date and time
  • Venue or online location
  • Ticket prices
  • Event capacity
  • Age restrictions
  • Streaming availability
  • Contact information

Providing false or misleading information may result in suspension or removal of the event.

5Ticketing Policy

Organizers are responsible for:

  • Setting ticket prices.
  • Managing ticket quantities.
  • Honoring valid tickets sold.
  • Respecting venue capacity.
  • Clearly describing ticket types and benefits.

For paid events, organizers are responsible for setting prices that fairly represent the event. Any applicable platform commissions charged by E-vents will be transparently reflected in the organizer dashboard and settlement reports.

6Refunds, Postponements & Event Cancellations

Organizers are responsible for defining refund policies where applicable.

If an event is cancelled, postponed or significantly changed, organizers must:

  • Notify attendees as soon as reasonably possible.
  • Honor published refund commitments where applicable.
  • Cooperate with E-vents regarding attendee communication and payment resolution.

Where required by law or platform policy, E-vents may facilitate refunds on behalf of attendees. Repeated cancellations may result in account review.

7Payments & Payouts

Payments are processed through approved payment providers integrated with E-vents.

To receive payouts, organizers must:

  • Provide accurate payout information.
  • Complete any required verification.
  • Maintain valid payout accounts.
  • Comply with platform policies.

E-vents may temporarily delay payouts where:

  • Fraud is suspected.
  • Payment disputes or chargebacks are under investigation.
  • Verification remains incomplete.
  • Additional legal documentation is required.

Organizers are responsible for ensuring their payout information remains accurate.

8Platform Commission & Service Fees

E-vents operates as a commercial platform and earns revenue through organizer commissions and paid platform services.

Applicable fees may include:

  • Ticket sales
  • Merchandise sales
  • Replay sales
  • Featured Events
  • Pro Live subscriptions
  • Premium services
  • Future paid platform features

Unless otherwise communicated by E-vents, all platform commissions and applicable service fees are charged to the organizer.

Applicable commissions are deducted before settlement and are clearly reflected within organizer reports and payout summaries.

E-vents will always display applicable pricing before an organizer purchases or enables any paid service.

E-vents may revise commissions and pricing from time to time. Any material changes will apply only to future transactions and will be communicated through the platform.

9Featured Events

Featured Events is an optional paid promotional service designed to increase event visibility. Featured events may appear in:

  • Homepage promotional sections
  • Featured Events listings
  • Priority search results
  • Other promotional placements determined by E-vents

Featured placement is advertising only and does not guarantee ticket sales, attendance, or event success.

Pricing is determined by E-vents and displayed before purchase.

Once payment is successfully completed, Featured status is activated immediately for the applicable promotion period.

10Organizer Verification

Every organizer account begins with the status: Not Verified.

Organizers may request verification through the platform.

Verification confirms that E-vents has reviewed the information submitted by the organizer.

Organizer verification statuses include:

  • Not Verified
  • Verification Pending
  • Verified
  • Verification Rejected

Verification may require supporting documentation. E-vents may approve, reject, suspend or revoke verification at its sole discretion. Verification confirms identity review only and does not guarantee the quality or legitimacy of future events.

11Paid Platform Services

E-vents may offer optional premium services including:

  • Pro Live subscriptions
  • Featured Events
  • Premium analytics
  • Advertising opportunities
  • Future premium services

Participation in these services is optional unless otherwise stated. Pricing will always be displayed before purchase.

12Live Streaming Policy

Organizers using E-vents Live agree that:

  • They own or have permission to broadcast all streamed content.
  • They possess all required music and broadcast licenses.
  • They have permission from performers, speakers and presenters where required.
  • They understand that internet connectivity and third-party infrastructure may affect stream quality.

E-vents provides the streaming platform but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service where interruptions are beyond its reasonable control.

13Replay & Recorded Content

Where replay is enabled:

  • Organizers confirm they have permission to record the event.
  • Organizers may monetize replay content where supported.
  • Replay availability depends on organizer settings and platform capabilities.

Attendees may not redistribute replay content without authorization.

14Merchandise & Donations

Organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Merchandise quality.
  • Product fulfillment.
  • Shipping or collection.
  • Donation campaigns.
  • Promised rewards or benefits.

E-vents acts solely as the technology platform facilitating these transactions.

15Intellectual Property

Organizers confirm they own or have permission to use all content uploaded or broadcast through E-vents, including:

  • Music
  • Images
  • Videos
  • Logos
  • Presentations
  • Graphics
  • Broadcast content
  • Replay content

Organizers accept responsibility for any copyright claims arising from their events.

16Payment Disputes & Chargebacks

Where a payment dispute or chargeback occurs:

  • E-vents may temporarily withhold payouts.
  • Additional documentation may be requested.
  • Organizers agree to cooperate with investigations.

Fraudulent activity may result in immediate suspension.

17Prohibited Conduct

Organizers may not:

  • Create fake events.
  • Sell counterfeit tickets.
  • Impersonate another individual or organization.
  • Manipulate platform rankings.
  • Abuse payment systems.
  • Circumvent platform fees.
  • Misuse attendee information.
  • Harass users.
  • Use automated systems to manipulate the platform.

18Taxes

Organizers are solely responsible for:

  • Declaring taxable income.
  • Collecting taxes where required.
  • Complying with local tax laws.

E-vents does not provide tax advice.

19Privacy & Data Protection

Organizers must:

  • Use attendee information only for legitimate event purposes.
  • Protect personal information.
  • Comply with applicable privacy laws.
  • Avoid sharing attendee data without appropriate authorization.

E-vents processes personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

20Communications

Organizers agree that E-vents may contact them regarding:

  • Event management
  • Payments
  • Payouts
  • Verification
  • Security
  • Policy updates
  • Product updates
  • Maintenance notices

Marketing communications may be managed through account preferences where available.

21Force Majeure

Neither E-vents nor organizers shall be liable for delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including:

  • Natural disasters
  • Government actions
  • Civil unrest
  • Pandemics
  • Internet outages
  • Power failures
  • Major cloud infrastructure failures

22Suspension & Termination

E-vents may suspend or terminate organizer accounts for:

  • Fraud
  • Illegal activities
  • Serious policy violations
  • Repeated attendee complaints
  • Abuse of platform services
  • Threats to platform security

Where appropriate, organizers may appeal platform decisions through the review process.

23Platform Rights

E-vents reserves the right to:

  • Review events before or after publication.
  • Remove prohibited content.
  • Suspend or terminate accounts violating these policies.
  • Update platform services.
  • Introduce new features.
  • Cooperate with lawful requests from competent authorities where required by law.

24Limitation of Liability

E-vents provides technology that enables organizers to create and manage events.

Except where prohibited by applicable law, E-vents is not responsible for:

  • Event cancellations.
  • Organizer misconduct.
  • Venue issues.
  • Third-party payment delays.
  • Internet connectivity failures.
  • Merchandise fulfillment.
  • Copyright disputes.
  • Financial losses arising from inaccurate organizer information.

25Policy Updates

E-vents may revise this Organizer Agreement & Platform Policies from time to time.

Material changes will be communicated through the platform.

Continued use of E-vents after such changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated policies, except where applicable law requires additional consent.

26Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where E-vents operates, unless otherwise required by mandatory local law.

Additional country-specific terms may apply depending on the organizer's location, payment provider, or applicable regulations.

27Acceptance

By creating, publishing, managing, promoting, streaming, or selling tickets for an event through E-vents, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to this Organizer Agreement & Platform Policies.

You further confirm that:

  • You are authorized to organize the event.
  • All information you provide is accurate.
  • You will comply with these policies and all applicable laws.
  • You accept responsibility for the events you publish and manage through E-vents.
