Where an organiser independently determines how attendee or customer information is used, that organiser may be responsible for its own processing of Personal Data.

E-vents is not responsible for an organiser's independent privacy practices outside the purposes for which E-vents processes information on the organiser's behalf.

Certain E-vents features may allow users to communicate or publish information publicly.

Information posted in public areas, including event pages, public comments, public chats, or similar features, may be visible to other users.
